To view W-2 forms online:

1. Go to the the MyBYU link search page, and search for W-2 (it's already entered at this link).
   
   
2. In the search results, click on W-2 View/Print, Consent.
   
   
3. On that page, click on View W-2/W-2c Forms.

 

To view another year of W-2 forms, tell them to click on "View Different Tax Year."

 

If users are having trouble viewing their W-2 form:

1. Make sure the pop-up blocker is disabled.
   
   
2. Have them try using a different browser.
   
   
3. Clear cache and cookies.
