Email Quarantine - Access Quarantine Web Portal (Email Security Portal)


Harmony Email & Collaboration offers an Email Security Portal for end users to access all quarantined emails. In this portal, end users can preview the quarantined emails, restore them, or submit a restore request for them - all in accordance with the defined organization's policies.

Self-Service

End users should follow these steps to access the quarantine web portal for their personal mailbox.

  1. Navigate to this website https://email-security-portal.checkpoint.com.

  2. Select "Sign in with Microsoft."

  3. If an email address must be provided to sign in through Microsoft, you must use your NetID email address.

  4. You should now have access to view their quarantined emails.
