BYU provides four ways to accomplish Group Email Distribution (sending one email to multiple recipients).
ListServ (listserv.byu.edu) Third-party software provided through BYU. The list is centrally managed and customized by the list owner. A subscriber is added by the list owner or, depending on settings, by the subscriber themselves.

Exchange Distribution Group: Similar to ListServ, but lists can be linked with Active Directory groups. All subscribers must have a BYU premium email address.

Outlook Contact Group: Feature within Outlook. An end user may compile a list of email addresses to which they can send a mass email (unique to the end user’s Outlook profile).
Email Alias Manager: You can create an alias, and forward that alias to several other email addresses.
