Sometimes you, the instructor/professor, will be unable to save an assignment in Learning Suite. Listed below are some possible causes and solutions:
- Check if the page was left open for too long. If the page is left open and unattended for 15+ minutes, then you will need to copy the information into a Word document, refresh the page, paste the information back into the assignment and save. You can also open a new browser and copy everything over directly and save.
- Double check the points possible box on the General tab. The assignment cannot be saved if it is set to 0 points possible. Enter an appropriate point value for the assignment that is determined by the professor and you should be able to save the assignment.
