Logging into the ZOOM website
- Follow the link zoom.byu.edu.
- Choose Log In.
- You should then be redirected to the CAS login. Use your NetID and Password to sign in. You will NOT be able to log in if you are not an active student, faculty, etc.
- You should be redirected to the ZOOM MyProfile page.

Login Error
If you are trying to login to Zoom and you get an error,
- Check that your account was created at zoom.byu.edu.
- If you created an account with your netid@byu.edu account, and have not received an activation email,
- Check your spam box to see if it is being filtered out.
- Check if this email is routing to another email (personal email, BYU email, etc.) and check this email, as well.
- If the problem is still not resolved, Call the Technology Support Center (TSC) at 801-422-4000, and have them reference Zoom Account Troubleshooting.
Logging into the ZOOM Desktop Client
The ZOOM desktop client is downloaded once your first meeting is joined/hosted. This should automatically download the .exe for the application. This is what the desktop client looks like.

If the you are not currently logged in then the window may look like this.

Make sure to select Sign In With SSO. Enter "BYU" into the space provided. This will allow you to sign in using your Net ID and password. Once you log in you should then be redirected to the ZOOM dashboard.
